With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes: Invoice registration and processing, Matching invoices with purchase and delivery orders, Handling debit and credit notes
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Maintain full set of accounts with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and process payments and disbursements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and filing systems
• Support the finance team with ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Proficient in handling full set of accounts
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.45pm
