Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Engineering (PE) Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di PXM MALAYSIA SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Respond immediately to machine breakdowns or technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime.

2. Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance tasks (cleaning, calibrating, lubricating, and replacing worn parts) on production equipment, jigs, and fixtures.

3. Monitor the inventory of critical spare parts and tooling components, alerting the engineering team when stock hits minimum reorder points.

4. Set up the line parameters, run the initial golden sample, and verify that the setup meets all quality specifications before handing it over to production.

5. Execute fast and efficient machine/line setup changes for different product models.

6. Fine-tune machine settings (e.g., temperature profiles, pressure, speed, or torque settings) within approved engineering limits to optimize cycle times.

7. Assist engineers in designing, assembling, testing, or modifying simple jigs, fixtures, and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) devices.

8. Assist engineers during Engineering & Production pilot runs.

9. Regularly inspect and calibrate testing fixtures and assembly tools to ensure measurement accuracy and prevent false failures.

10. Assist engineers in investigating production defects or line rejects by gathering physical data, checking machine logs, and performing basic troubleshooting.

11. Feedback to engineers regarding assembly difficulties, tight tolerances, or safety hazards observed during trial builds.

12. Help verify that standard operating procedures (SOPs) match the actual layout on the floor, and suggest improvements for visual aids.

Job Requirements

1. 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

2. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

3. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.

4. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

6. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
