Retail Operations Manager (Beauty Retail Chain)

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Retail Operations Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of our growing beauty retail chain. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth store operations, drive in-store activities, and support retail teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing activities to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Manage merchandising strategies, product displays, and stock presentation to maintain an attractive and well-organized retail environment.
• Lead, coach, and support store teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the beauty or pharmacy retail industry.
• Strong experience in event coordination, retail administration, and merchandising.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in pharmacy retail operations will be considered a strong advantage.
