Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Site Supervisor to lead daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining accurate records and resolving on-site issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce to ensure efficient progress
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and trades to align with project plans and quality standards
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager for informed decision-making
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs to support uninterrupted workflow
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain productivity and project momentum
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, attendance, and safety documentation
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of construction site supervisory experience demonstrating effective team leadership
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations to ensure compliance
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications for accurate execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software to support documentation and coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive project success
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred) to facilitate site mobility
