The Role: Junior Operations Exec

We are looking for an Operations Exec to help us build and run strong, scalable operations as we grow nationwide with partners such as BYD, Proton, Perodua, BMW and other major OEMs.

This role is for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, improving processes, and building teams — not just managing tasks.

You will work closely with leadership COO and play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects and partners
• Build and setup our KL Operations
• Coordinate site visits, installations, troubleshooting & more.
• Improve and document operational processes for scale
• Work with partners, dealers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Support expansion into new regions by helping onboard and manage technicians
• Track performance, spot issues early, and solve problems proactively
• Take full ownership of operational results — end to end

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
• Comfortable coordinating people, timelines, and moving parts
• Able to think beyond today and help build long-term systems
• Clear communicator with partners, technicians, and internal teams
• Willing to travel when required
• Experience in operations, project coordination, engineering, construction, solar, or related fields is a plus — but mindset matters more than titles
