leNES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a major greenfield data center development in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. Embedded within a leading American Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will represent the client in the commercial and contractual management of the project, ensuring contracts are administered effectively throughout the project lifecycl

e.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contractor relationships, mitigating contractual risks, supporting commercial decisions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Previous data center experience is highly advantageous but not essential. • iesLead the administration and management of construction and engineering contracts throughout the project lifecyc
• le.Provide contractual guidance to the project team and advise on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategi
• es.Review, interpret, and administer EPC, construction, consultancy, supplier, and service agreemen
• ts.Manage contract compliance, variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), notices, and dispute avoidance process
• es.Support procurement activities, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract award recommendatio
• ns.Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, legal, and commercial teams to ensure contractual alignme
• nt.Monitor contractor performance against contractual requirements and key project mileston
