leNES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a major greenfield data center development in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. Embedded within a leading American Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will represent the client in the commercial and contractual management of the project, ensuring contracts are administered effectively throughout the project lifecycl
e.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contractor relationships, mitigating contractual risks, supporting commercial decisions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Previous data center experience is highly advantageous but not essential. - le.Provide contractual guidance to the project team and advise on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategi

- ts.Manage contract compliance, variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), notices, and dispute avoidance process
- es.Support procurement activities, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract award recommendatio
- ns.Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, legal, and commercial teams to ensure contractual alignme

Requirem
- entsBachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commercial Management, or a related discipl
- ine.Proven experience managing large and complex construction or engineering contracts within industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, or commercial project environme
- nts.Strong knowledge of contract administration principles, commercial management, and construction contract practi
- ces.Experience managing contract variations, claims, change management, and dispute resolution proces
- ses.Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication ski
- lls.Ability to interpret complex contractual documentation and provide practical commercial adv
- ice.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneou

Preferred Qualifica
- tionsExperience working in a client-side, PMC, EPC, or developer environ
