As an Event Planner at Tech in Asia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization, planning, and execution of our signature events—ranging from large-scale tech conferences to intimate networking sessions, roundtables, and partner-sponsored events. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and flawless operational execution to deliver world-class experiences for our community.

Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing deliverables, and ensuring cost-efficiency.

On-Site Execution: Supervise physical event setup, technical rehearsals, and live execution on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

3. Speaker & Partner Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for guest speakers, tech founders, investors, and corporate partners.

Manage speaker invitations, briefing sessions, logistics, and hospitality.

Work closely with the sales team to fulfill sponsor deliverables and ensure premium brand visibility during events.

4. Audience Engagement & Post-Event Analysis

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive ticket sales, registrations, and audience engagement strategies.

Collect and analyze post-event feedback, attendee data, and financial reports to measure success and provide actionable insights for future events.
