Job Role Purpose

Support the planning, design, tendering, and execution of industrial park and industrial building developments by providing Civil & Structural (C&S) engineering expertise, ensuring projects are delivered safely, cost-effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review C&S designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance, buildability and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
  • Conduct technical due diligence, infrastructure planning assessments, and feasibility studies for new developments and existing assets.
  • Support tender management, including technical specifications, contractor pre-qualification, tender clarifications, and evaluation of C&S submissions.
  • Assess variation works and provide recommendations on technical, cost, and schedule implications.
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, construction schedules, and monitor site progress.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve construction and engineering issues.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and support continuous improvement of technical standards, specifications, and project development processes.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, building regulations, fire safety requirements, and Codes of Practice (Singapore; regional knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as EDGE and LEED is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project/document management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Willing to travel for regional project requirements
