Job Responsibilities

• Daily tasks include handling of customer enquiries, request pricing from suppliers, preparation & follow up on sales quotations, and checking of all sales orders received

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order deliveries and prompt resolution to customer requests

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Support product and marketing team on their sales promotions and campaigns to drive leads and sales conversion.

• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• O Level/ Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or related field

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service or administration roles

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office with experience using ERP or CRM systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach

• A positive attitude and willingness to support team goals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities
