We're Hiring: Senior Tech Recruiter!
We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT and Engineering roles and have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent to meet our clients' needs.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang
Work Mode: Hybrid
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for tech roles
Utilize various sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates
Build relationships with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes

Proven experience as a recruiter in the tech industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
