Job Descriptions 

The warehouse assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials within the warehouse or worksite. The role ensures materials are handled safely, inventory is maintained accurately, and operations run smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.  

• Load, unload, and move materials to designated locations.  

• Pick and prepare materials for delivery or operational use.  

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory counts.  

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.  

• Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean and organized.  

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.  

• Report damaged materials, stock discrepancies, or safety concerns to the supervisor.  

Requirements 

• Minimum PSLE and above.  

• Physically fit and able to lift and move materials safely.  

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.  

• Basic warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.  

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn. 

• Mon – Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm) 

• Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
