Ensure smooth restaurant operations by leading staff recruitment, training, and supervision while maintaining safety, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and train staff to ensure adherence to restaurant procedures and standards
• Maintain safety and food quality standards to comply with health regulations and enhance customer experience
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to resolve complaints promptly and improve service quality
• Organize employee schedules, track working hours, and accurately record payroll data for operational efficiency
• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Control operational costs by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to reduce waste
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and implement disciplinary or retraining measures to address performance issues
