Job Summary

You will support the HR and office administration teams by accurately recording daily attendance and site clocking of security officers, monitoring attendance updates, processing daily rated officers’ payments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Record and verify daily attendance of security officers to maintain accurate workforce data
• Monitor and update site clocking records to ensure compliance with scheduling requirements
• Track daily rated officers’ attendance and prepare payment submissions to support payroll processing
• Assist the HR department with administrative tasks to facilitate efficient human resource operations
• Support office administration duties to maintain organized and effective office workflows
