Temporary Officer

Location: City Hall

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: $2,170/month

We are hiring for 2 Temporary Officer positions . Please refer to the details below.

Position 1: Temporary Officer (Website & CMS Support)

Contract: 6 months

Job Responsibilities

• Support the team in resolving website accessibility issues (WCAG compliance).
• Migrate documents from GitBook to the Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS).

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with a pass in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable using the internet and web browsers.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.

Position 2: Temporary Officer (Data Processing & ICRS)

Contract: 2 months + 1-month extension (subject to business needs)

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyse case information from Word documents based on provided guidelines.
• Extract and update data accurately into Excel.
• Categorise cases using reference documents and clarify unclear cases with the Product Owner when required.
• Upload completed Excel files into the ICRS system.
• Verify that data has been uploaded successfully.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with a pass in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable using the internet and web browsers
• Detail-oriented and able to analyse information accurately.
