Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Administrator to support our manufacturing and production team. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, responsible, and willing to learn. No experience is required as training will be provided.
The Production Administrator is responsible for preparing production documents, updating records, coordinating with production personnel, supporting packing activities, and ensuring accurate data entry to support daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and print production documents, labels, job orders, and shipping documents
- Update production records, reports, and data accurately
- Monitor work orders and production progress
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC departments
- Maintain filing and document control for production records
- Assist with inventory, material, and production-related documentation
- Pack finished goods for shipment according to customer and company requirements
- Verify quantities, product labels, and documentation before shipment
- Prepare shipments and coordinate with logistics or courier services
- Generate reports and update spreadsheets as required
- Report discrepancies or issues to the Production Supervisor
- Support administrative and production-related tasks, including assisting on the production floor when required
Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided
- School leavers, fresh graduates, and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email)
- Able to learn new systems and software
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to support overtime when required
- Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
- Basic hands-on skills are an advantage
- Experience in production administration, manufacturing, packing, logistics, planning, or clerical work is an added advantage
- Must have own transport or be able to arrange transport to work
- Van transport may be available depending on route and schedule
