Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Track stock levels and replenish inventory.
• Ensure goods are organized efficiently.

2. Receipt and Dispatch:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments.

3. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.\

4. Quality Control:

• Inspect goods for damage or defects.
• Ensure quality standards are met before acceptance or dispatch.

5. Stocktaking:

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Reconcile with records and identify discrepancies.

6. Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Handle and store goods, including hazardous materials if applicable.

7. Coordination:

• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and other departments.

Essential Skills:

• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, optimize storage space.
