Kerja Sepenuh Masa Facility Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Healthlink Services ( Anson Bay Medical Centre ) Perak - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of hospital facilities including building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ensure all equipment and infrastructure are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and government requirements (e.g. fire safety, DOSH).
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service vendors.
• Manage facility budgets, cost control, and procurement of maintenance supplies.
• Handle hospital safety systems including waste management, infection control support, and emergency response readiness.
• Coordinate renovation, upgrading, and facility improvement projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, and hospital management when required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or related field
• 4-6 years experience in facilities management (hospital experience is a strong advantage)
• Knowledge in healthcare compliance, safety regulations, and maintenance systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
