Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi.
• Support and maintain the Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and other healthcare applications to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions.
• Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, antivirus updates, and data backups.
• Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of hospital information systems and patient data in compliance with hospital policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues within the agreed service response time.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance, software support, and system implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and technical documentation.
• Configure and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, IP phones, and other supporting technologies where applicable.
• Provide technical support for meetings, training sessions, and hospital events.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and technology implementation.
• Prepare IT reports, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with the hospital's IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
