Main objectives

As a Logistic Admin (Contract), you will be providing administrative and operational support to the Logistics Executive to ensure the smooth execution of import, export, and local logistics activities

Job description

• Assist the Logistics Executive in coordinating import, export, and local shipment activities with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, shipment arrangements, and stock transfer requests.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to the Sales & Distribution (SD) team on delivery schedules and any shipment issues.
• Assist in customs clearance, duty exemption applications, and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Follow up on customs duty payments, shipment clearance, and packing status to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs authorities, government agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned by the Logistics Executive or Management.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Logistic or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years working experience related to Logistic or Warehouse function role.
• Familiar dealing with Custom official, 3PL Warehouse, Miti/MIDA for custom duties and exemption will be strongly encourage to apply.
• Effective listening & communication skills.
• Knowledge on SAP system will be added advantage.
• Positive attitude.
• Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang (near Bandar Parkland, Klang).
