Responsibilities:

• You will be crafting the highest-quality tacos, sides, and signature menu items following standardized recipes, exact measurements, and presentation standards.

• Execute orders flawlessly during high-volume rushes to ensure lightning-fast customer service without sacrificing quality.

• Maintain a spotless workspace. Strictly adhere to food safety regulations, temperature controls, and sanitation protocols. 

• Assist with daily ingredient prep, organize the kitchen space, and maintain accurate inventory flow. 

• Foster a collaborative, smooth, and fun kitchen environment. Pitch in where needed to support your fellow team members

Requirements:

• High energy, a positive mindset, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous kitchen or food-handling experience is a plus, but no experience is needed—we provide full training!

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain excellent time management.

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends/public holidays
