Kerja Sepenuh Masa Senior Planner, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Projek Teknologi 6D Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Monitor and update the project progress in accordance with the baseline plan.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays or issues proactively.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and lookahead schedules for internal and client meetings.
• Evaluate contractor or subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
• Conduct delay analysis and provide EOT (Extension of Time) justifications, when required.
• Support risk management by identifying and reporting schedule-related risks and mitigation plans.
• Assist in resource planning and workload forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company planning standards, procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in delay analysis and claims is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, EPC phases) is an advantage.
