Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and enhance digital applications for government projects.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Design system architecture and integrate applications with external systems.
- Develop clean, reliable and maintainable code while following software engineering best practices.
- Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and support application enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
- Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and improve system reliability.
- Contribute ideas to improve engineering practices, technologies, and development processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, system design, and application integration.
- Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages/frameworks such as Go, .NET, TypeScript, Angular or ReactJS.
- Experience with cloud technologies and modern software development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, SHIP-HATS, AWS, Terraform, Docker, APEX or Cloud File Transfer (CFT) is an added advantage.
