Job Summary:

Kick-start your HR career with us! We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Support employee attendance and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related medical administration.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Provide general support for daily HR operations and projects.

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to the internship period required by your institution.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
