JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test case suites for assigned ICX modules in alignment with the master test strategy
• Manage test execution schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking across assigned module test cycles
• Lead defect triage sessions, assigning severity classifications and working with Development Leads to set resolution priorities
• Build, maintain, and execute automated regression test scripts using TestOps tooling integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
• Coordinate with Business Analysts to validate that test cases accurately reflect functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate UAT preparation for assigned modules including UAT test case review, Ranhill SAJ tester onboarding, and UAT environment verification
• Manage and mentor offshore testers assigned to the same modules, providing daily guidance and reviewing test outputs
• Produce test execution reports, defect trend analysis, and sprint quality metrics for the Test Manager
• Maintain test traceability matrix linking requirements, test cases, and defects for assigned modules
• Coordinate with the Infrastructure Lead on test environment availability, data refresh requirements, and deployment scheduling for test cycles
• Participate in sprint reviews and provide quality sign-off recommendations for sprint deliverables
• Contribute to the development of integration and API test suites using Postman/Newman or equivalent tools

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of software testing experience with at least 3 years in a Test Lead role managing test execution for enterprise applications
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst or Test Manager certification is preferred
• Hands-on experience with TestOps practices including integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium for web and mobile testing
• Strong experience with API testing tools including Postman and Newman for REST API test automation
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies
• Proven experience coordinating UAT with non-technical business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring junior testers and reviewing test case quality
• Strong communication skills for onshore stakeholder engagement
• Experience testing CRM, billing, or customer-facing enterprise applications is strongly preferred
