Audit Intern

About the Position

Zurin & Co is looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as Audit Interns. This internship provides practical exposure to external audit engagements and offers valuable experience in accounting and auditing under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in audit fieldwork for clients from various industries.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Perform vouching, verification and reconciliation of financial information.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
• Organise and maintain audit files and client documents.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to audit assignments.
• Liaise with team members to ensure audit assignments are completed within deadlines.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Internship placement required by the university.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
