Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Logistics cum Operations Executive or Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery, logistics planning, warehousing and operational cleaning & maintenance within our factory facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and committed in manufacturing operations, logistics coordination, and truck and factory / equipment maintenance. Particularly in handling cold-chain (chilled) and Vegetables industry.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations:

• Oversee daily production and operation activities in factory to ensure optimal output, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet delivery schedules and prompt delivery.
• Implement and maintain production plans, schedules, and KPIs.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Logistics & Supply Chain:

• Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics and transportation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor warehouse operations including stock movement, storage, and dispatch.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve delivery lead times.

Maintenance & Equipment:

• Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults.
• Coordinate with technicians and external service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure operational readiness of all equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, or production, or vegetables handling environment.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, and plant maintenance.
• Strong analytical and committed problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office. Experience on ERP or WMS system will be value added.
• Strong Responsibility and Accountability
• Strong Leadership is a must.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
