We’re Hiring: Regional Security Analyst

Location: Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur

Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Normal Office Hours

Salary: RM7,000 – RM10,000 + Statutory Contributions + Medical Coverage

Scope: Regional coverage – SEA, Japan & China

About the Role

Are you a cybersecurity expert passionate about defending enterprise systems from evolving threats? Join us as a Regional Security Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across our regional operations. Your work will directly impact the safety, compliance, and resilience of our digital infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our overall cybersecurity posture
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, severity, and exploitability
• Recommend and coordinate appropriate security controls with cybersecurity and application teams
• Maintain accurate technical, procedural, and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively mitigate risk
• Stay updated with emerging cyber threats and industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles
• Experience in vulnerability management and/or penetration testing is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of infrastructure, application, and cloud security
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Proactive, independent, and able to engage stakeholders across multinational teams
