The company certifies over 300 clients every month for electrical safety in compliance with the Electricity Supply Act 1990 (amended 2015) and its Regulations (1994). Certified electrical auditors conduct inspections to identify urgent safety issues, helping prevent electrical mishaps such as fires and electrocution. Clients receive inspection certificates for safe operation, and reports are submitted monthly to the Government’s Energy Commission as required by law. The company also offers 24-hour support and affiliated testing, calibration, and servicing, providing a one-stop solution for electrical safety and maintenance needs.

Role Description The Executive Administration role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puchong. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day administrative operations, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records related to inspections, certifications, and client documentation. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating appointments for auditors, organizing meetings, and supporting communication between clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. The role also involves updating databases, assisting with document submission to relevant authorities, and ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries and internal requests. The Executive Administration professional may support basic office management tasks, assist in drafting standard operating procedures, and contribute to process improvements for administrative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation tools) and basic data entry skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear correspondence and reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling regulatory, client, and internal documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams and provide professional client service.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Relevant administrative experience; experience in an engineering, electrical, or compliance-focused environment is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure
