Administrator (Project Development)

I'm partnering with a well-established and reputable property developer in Singapore to hire an Administrator (Project Development). This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organisation with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Project Development team
• Manage documentation, filing, correspondence and data entry
• Coordinate meetings and maintain department records
• Support project-related administrative activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Maintain inventory records for showflat furniture, fixtures and accessories
• Assist with the sale, disposal and handover of showflat items
• Handle general office administration and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with at least 1 year of experience
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
