We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented IT Support Executive to join our team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, software implementation,

system maintenance, and customer assistance across various applications and IT infrastructure. This

role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication

abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software applications for clients and the Group of Companies.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for web-based and mobile applications.
  • Troubleshoot application, software, and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with product principals to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Prepare and submit service reports, work orders, recovery documentation, meeting minutes,

and operational summaries.

  • Support product demonstrations, customer meetings, training sessions, and technical evaluations.
  • Perform software upgrades and manage product version control.
  • Analyse customers' technical requirements, existing infrastructure, and operational workflows to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product principals to gain in-depth knowledge of product features and functionality.
  • Develop simulations and proof-of-concept demonstrations to support customer workflows.
  • Participate in system implementation projects through to Go-Live and post-implementation support.
  • Apply programming knowledge (such as C, C++, JavaScript, or similar languages) to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain product certifications as required by the company.
  • Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and related peripherals.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, system implementation, or application support (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, servers, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, JavaScript, or similar is an advantage.
  • Experience with software installation, implementation, and customer support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
