Role Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team through order processing, customer relationship management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with clients to address their inquiries, managing sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing to efficiently manage customer orders and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build strong relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure clarity in all interactions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autocount Accouting Software is preferred.
• Experience in a sales or customer support role, particularly in engineering or technical industries, is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Working experience of 3-4 years in similar field is an advantage
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
