Skillworks Consultancy is a growing Learning & Development Company specializing in professional development, conferences, strategic industry collaborations, and HRD Corp Claimable training programmes.

We're looking for a creative and digitally savvy individual who is passionate about content creation, social media, AI, digital marketing, and visual storytelling to help us create meaningful learning experiences and inspire professionals across Malaysia.

We're not looking for someone who posts on social media; we're looking for someone who creates meaningful content, engages audiences, leverages AI, and contributes to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Creative

• Design impactful marketing materials and create engaging digital content, including posters, graphics, photos, videos, reels, and compelling copy that strengthens the Skillworks brand.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow multiple social media platforms by planning content, engaging audiences, monitoring performance, and staying ahead of digital trends.

3. AI & Digital Innovation

• Leverage AI and emerging digital tools to improve creativity, productivity, content quality, and marketing effectiveness.

4. Event Coverage

• Attend and document all Skillworks training programmes, conferences, exhibitions, and collaborative events through professional photography, videography, and real-time content creation.

5. Business Growth & Marketing

• Support lead generation, increase training registrations, strengthen brand awareness, and contribute innovative marketing ideas that drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Excellent eye for design, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro are an advantage).
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI or equivalent), Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and attend company events when required.

Simple Daily KPI

1. Complete assigned tasks.
2. Produce or schedule at least 1–2 quality content pieces.
3. Submit daily work report.
4. Respond promptly to work-related communications.
5. Support urgent marketing requests within agreed timelines.

Simple Monthly KPI

1. Publish 25–30 quality social media posts.
2. Produce at least 12 reels or short-form videos.
3. Present at least 3 new creative marketing ideas.
4. Achieve 100% coverage of assigned events.
5. Meet agreed engagement and lead generation targets.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days in the office), with daily reporting, responsive communication, and attendance at all assigned training programmes, conferences, exhibitions, and weekend events when required (replacement leave provided).
