Job Description
- Report to Hub Ops Lead
- Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly
- Ensure compliance of SPX sorting processes and protocols
- Document daily updates on the document and sorting quantity
- Resolve any discrepancies during inbound process
- Open to rotating shifts and flexible arrangements due to peak seasons and business needs
- At least 1 year of experience dealing with warehouse operations and external logistic parties
- Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams
- Keen leader who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment
