Company Description We are a corporate production team based in Kuala Lumpur, specialising in photography and videography for business-focused projects. The team covers corporate events, conferences, executive portraits, and brand campaigns across Malaysia.

Role Description This is a remote role for a Business Development Associate. You will support business growth by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing basic proposals, and helping respond to client inquiries in coordination with senior team member. The role also involves service offerings, updating internal databases, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess trends, identify prospects, and support strategic decisions.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with potential and existing clients in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
• Lead Generation experience or aptitude, with the ability to support outreach, follow-up, and pipeline building activities.
• Interest in corporate photography/videography or media production, with a willingness to learn about production services and client needs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms); Google workspace experience is an advantage.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a business, marketing, communications, or related program is preferred but not mandatory.
