This position is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that optimise and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations and processes. This is done by aligning IT systems and architecture with the strategic goals of the organisation, ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports and enhances the supply chain operations. The key focus areas are System Design, Integration Planning, Optimization of Processes, Technology Selection, Compliance and Standards.

Technology Roadmap Development:

• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to create a strategic technology roadmap for the Supply Chain domain.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending their adoption to enhance efficiency.

Architecture Design and Integration:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's supply chain processes and requirements.

• Design and articulate end-to-end IT architectures that seamlessly integrate with and enhance supply chain operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and flexible IT solutions.

Standards and Guidelines:

• Establish and enforce architecture standards and guidelines within the Supply Chain domain.

Data Architecture and Security Compliance:

• Define and oversee the data architecture for supply chain systems, ensuring integrity, availability, and security.

• Work with security teams to ensure compliance with security standards and participate in reviews and audits.

Capacity Planning:

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for capacity planning to ensure scalability of supply chain systems.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leading initiatives to optimize existing systems and processes.
