ROLE SUMMARY:

The Office Manager is the operational backbone of Ascendance Wealth Management (AWM). This role is responsible for maintaining a professional, well-functioning, and vibrant office environment that reflects AWM's culture and standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and takes ownership of all facilities, logistics, and administrative functions that keep the office running smoothly — enabling advisors and leaders to focus on client-facing work.

Required Attributes

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office administration, facilities, or operations role
• Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Proactive and self-directed — able to manage multiple responsibilities without constant oversight
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Comfortable operating AV/display equipment and basic office technology

Preferred

• Prior experience in a financial services, advisory, or professional services environment
• Experience with vendor coordination and building management liaising
• Positive, team-oriented attitude aligned with AWM's culture of excellence and growth

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
