Clinic/Admin Assistant (Full Time, Office Hours)
Specialist Dermatology Clinic - Gleneagles Medical Centre

• Position : Clinic/Admin Assistant
• Location : Gleneagles medical centre
• 5.5 days per week
• Permanent position

Responsibilities:

• Handle patients' enquiries and needs
• Perform counter duties (Registration, Payment collection, Appointment, Daily closing)
• Perform inventory management for clinic, stocktaking and ordering from suppliers
• Administrative duties such as insurance claims etc
• Assist in dispensing of medicine
• Assist the doctor in procedures if required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in English. Proficiencies in other languages will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Responsible, positive and proactive
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
