Full Time QC Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in PERANO SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control / Quality control (QC) to ensure products, processes, and deliverables meet the company’s quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying quality issues, maintaining quality records, and working with relevant teams to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards and requirements.
• Identify defects, errors, or inconsistencies and report findings to the relevant department.
• Ensure products, materials, and processes comply with quality guidelines.
• Conduct regular checks and follow up on corrective actions for identified issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality reports, and documentation.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, retail, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
• Monitor quality performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all processes follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and provide feedback for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or inspection-related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in retail, fashion, manufacturing, or product inspection is an added advantage.
