Tanggungjawab
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, Keying invoice, Logistics & Packing, Admin and Sales Customer service.
Perform stock receiving, including verifying physical stock and keying in goods received in the system. Monitor and manage stock inventory for accuracy and sufficiency.
Key in customer orders and prepare consignment notes.
Enhancing inventory management system such as procedure and product change code, pricing, inventory , authorization, document template, etc.
Plan and manage the driver’s delivery schedule and routes.
Job Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Good communication skills
-Able to organize and manage tasks well
-Responsible and able to work independently
-Willing to learn and take on new tasks
-Fresh graduates are welcome.
