As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the company's HR and administrative functions while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation confirmation, and employee offboarding.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and prepare HR-related letters and documentation.
Process payroll, including attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with the latest statutory requirements
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Handle employee insurance administration and claims.
Liaise with government authorities and relevant external agencies.
Support training, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Manage daily office administration, filing, documentation, and general office operations.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and attendance management.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
