Key Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service across all communication channels.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, order updates, exchanges, returns, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with our retail stores when customer-related matters require store assistance.
• Work closely with the warehouse, retail, and operations team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Customer-first attitude with a genuine willingness to help.
• Able to work independently in a remote work setting.
• Responsive and reachable during working hours.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
