About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Communications (MARCOM) Executive to support the company's branding, marketing and communication initiatives.

You will play an important role in developing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and supporting business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms and digital content.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, brochures and promotional activities.
  • Organise events, exhibitions and roadshows.
  • Support the Sales team in lead generation and marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external vendors, designers and business partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organised and proactive.
  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
