Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily and weekly precast production activities in accordance with project schedules and delivery timelines.

· Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

· Allocate manpower effectively and supervise production workers to achieve productivity targets.

· Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage to optimize production costs.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC)

· Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout pre-casting, casting, and post-casting processes.

· Ensure all precast components comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Coordinate testing activities and maintain accurate quality records for compliance and client submissions.

· Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Technical & Project Coordination

· Review and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production execution.

· Liaise with contractors, Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), consultants, and site teams regarding production requirements and delivery schedules.

· Identify and resolve technical issues related to precast production, installation, and project coordination.

· Prepare and maintain production reports, inspection records, and related documentation.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in precast manufacturing, construction, QAQC, or production supervision will have an added advantage.

· Possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

· Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes and construction methodologies.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and construction specifications.

· Understanding of QAQC procedures, construction standards, and relevant industry regulations.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
