Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Assistant IT to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the resort's IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment. Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
- Support and maintain hotel systems such as PMS, POS, CCTV, door lock, PABX, and Wi-Fi.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, servers, and data backup.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and software updates.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance and support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Provide IT support during events and operational requirements when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
