QA (CMM)

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform dimensional inspections of precision machined and stamped parts using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Program, operate, and maintain CMM equipment (e.g., Mitutoyo, Hexagon).
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and customer specifications.
• Prepare and maintain CMM inspection programs and measurement reports.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Verify product dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
• Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to the QA team.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues.

Job Requirement :

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of CMM operation experience in a precision metal manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of CMM software (Mitutoyo MCOSMOS or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand GD&T.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
