Job Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste.
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and implement process optimization projects.
• Monitor project performance using data analysis and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and improvement reports.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and PDCA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
