Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of production personnel consisting of assistant supervisor, leader, material handler and operators to ensure the smooth operation of assembly production in order to achieve departmental objectives as well as company policy and objectives.
• Coordinate and plan material for all material handler and line leader.
• Coordinate with main logistic and other supplier through systems and IQC.
• Conduct receiving, storage activities on the incoming material and raw parts for assembly production.
• Maintain the accurate inventory of the incoming materials, raw part and finished goods from assembly production through the proper recording of the required data.
• Work with the store and other concerned departments/functions on the timely supply raw parts for assembly production.
• Work with QA and/or other related departments/functions on the quality of the incoming raw parts.
• Plan, schedule and conduct training to subordinates to upgrade their skills, quality awareness and thus their competence.
• Always set himself/herself a good example for the subordinates to follow.
• Act as communication bridge between the management and the employees.
• Responsible for the welfare and the effective handling of the grievance raised by the fellow subordinates.
• Implement and maintain 5S and safety requirements at his/her work areas.
• Perform any job as and when requested by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing assembly industry as the production supervisor.
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Posses leadership quality and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
