Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional departments.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.

Job Descriptions

• Process and complete factory production orders accurately and timely in the accounting/ERP system.
• Verify daily production data against system records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, investigate, and highlight discrepancies or variances between production reports and system transactions.
• Perform necessary system adjustments, corrections, and updates for production orders when required.
• Ensure all amendments and transactions are properly supported with relevant documentation and approvals.
• Liaise closely with the Production Department to resolve discrepancies between physical production activities and system records.
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, logs, and organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in reconciliation exercises related to production and inventory records.
• Support the Accounts team with administrative duties, reporting, and ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
