Skillworks Consultancy is a growing training and consultancy company specializing in healthcare education, professional development, conferences, and HRD Corp Claimable programmes.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creativity, digital marketing, AI, and branding to help us grow our presence and inspire healthcare professionals across Malaysia.

We're not looking for someone who simply creates content—we're looking for someone who builds a brand, influences audiences, and helps grow the business.

Your ResponsibilitiesContent & Creative

• Design posters, social media graphics, brochures and marketing materials.
• Produce photos, reels and short-form videos.
• Write engaging captions, articles and marketing copy.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Social Media

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule content.
• Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries.
• Keep up with digital trends and suggest fresh ideas.

Website & SEO

• Update company website.
• Improve website content and SEO.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

AI & Innovation

• Use AI tools to improve content creation, copywriting, design and productivity.
• Explore new digital tools that improve marketing performance.

Events

• Attend all Skillworks training programmes, conferences and collaboration events.
• Capture photos and videos.
• Produce event highlights and promotional content.

Business Growth

• Support marketing campaigns that generate leads and registrations.
• Recommend creative ideas that improve revenue and brand awareness.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication or related field.
• Excellent design sense and creativity.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite and AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and SEO.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to multitask.
• Willing to travel for company events.

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid working (Minimum 3 days in office, balance Work From Home)
• Daily reporting required
• Flexible and responsive to management communications and work group chats
• Must attend all company events, conferences and training programmes, including weekends when required (replacement leave provided)

Simple Daily KPI

• Complete assigned tasks.
• Produce or schedule at least 1–2 quality content pieces.
• Submit daily work report.
• Respond promptly to work-related communications.
• Support urgent marketing requests within agreed timelines.

Simple Monthly KPI

• 25–30 quality social media posts.
• 12 reels or short-form videos.
• Website updated regularly.
• Minimum 2 SEO improvements implemented.
• 3 new marketing ideas presented.
• 100% coverage of assigned events.
• Achieve agreed engagement and lead generation targets.
