IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· The IT Executive is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring optimal IT infrastructure performance. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities for maintaining the company’s online presence through website editing and social media management.

• Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries from users, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Set up and configure hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on all office computers and servers.
• Support the maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform routine network checks.
• Assist in maintaining and updating software applications and operating systems.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Conduct hardware repairs and upgrades as needed.
• Provide training to staff on the use of IT systems and software.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
• Managing the company's social media accounts, including creating and editing images, infographics, and other visual content.
• Edit videos and photos for posting on social media platforms.
• Use design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva) to support marketing and communication efforts.
• Track social media metrics and report performance to management.
• Create and schedule posts to ensure regular engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
• Update and manage the company’s website content.
• Ensure website functionality and resolve any errors or technical issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to update information, announcements, and promotions.
• Monitor website traffic and performance, making improvements as needed.
• Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
